UP Scholarship Online Form 2025-26

Candidates applying for the UP Scholarship 2025–26 are required to submit a hard copy of the online application form to their respective institutions after completing the online registration process. Along with the hard copy, the following documents must be attached in original or self-attested copies, as applicable:

Mandatory Documents to be Submitted:

1. Mark Sheet of the last qualifying examination
2. Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
3. Income Certificate (issued within the last 6 months by a competent authority)
4. Bank Passbook (first page showing the account holder’s name, account number, and IFSC code – ensure it is a linked and active account in the student’s name)
5. Fee Receipt Number issued by the institution
6. Annual Non-Refundable Fee Details (as per institution records)
7. Enrollment Number/Student Registration Number from the educational institution
8. Aadhaar Card Number (ensure the Aadhaar is linked with the bank account for DBT)
9. Latest Passport Size Scanned Photograph (clear, recent, and as per specifications)

For Renewal Candidates:

• Students who have previously applied and received the scholarship must use their last year’s Registration Number to log in through the Renewal Section.
• It is mandatory to update current academic details and verify all personal and institutional information before final submission.
